The History of Kano Jiu-Jitsu (Judo)
Kano Jiu-Jitsu (Judo) is not only a martial art, but also a philosophy, a way of life, and a sport. It has its roots in the ancient Japanese grappling art of jiu-jitsu, which was practiced by samurai warriors for self-defense and combat.
